Services

Work removed, not software added.

Every engagement starts with measurement and ends with something running in production that your team owns. We scope by payback: if a fix can't pay for itself in a reasonable window, we say so.

Capabilities

Six ways we take steps out of the day

Most projects combine two or three of these. They're listed separately because they're measured separately.

Process mapping & time inventory

We document how work actually moves — every hand-off, approval, re-entry, and chase — and attach a frequency, duration, and owner to each step. The output is a map plus an hours-and-dollars figure per workflow.

  • —Current-state workflow diagrams
  • —Time inventory by role and task
  • —Ranked list of leaks by annual cost
  • —Recommended sequence of fixes

Workflow automation builds

The build itself: forms that write to systems of record, routing and approval rules, scheduled jobs, document generation, notifications that fire on conditions instead of on someone remembering.

  • —Automations in your existing platforms
  • —Error handling and alerting
  • —Runbook documentation
  • —Handover session with your team

CRM & data plumbing

Most sales-cycle delay is really data delay — records that disagree, fields nobody fills in, reports rebuilt by hand every Monday. We fix the schema and the flow so the pipeline reflects reality.

  • —Field and stage model cleanup
  • —Deduplication and enrichment flows
  • —Two-way syncs between core tools
  • —Live dashboards replacing manual reports

Outreach systems

List building, research, segmentation, sequencing, and personalization assembled by machine so reps spend their day in conversations. Volume goes up without the message getting generic.

  • —Target list construction and enrichment
  • —Sequence architecture and branching
  • —Personalization from real firmographic data
  • —Reply routing and pipeline attribution

Sales-cycle compression

We instrument each stage to find where deals actually sit still — quoting, approvals, legal, scheduling, silence — and remove the delay at that stage rather than pushing the team to work faster.

  • —Stage-by-stage cycle-time measurement
  • —Quote and proposal generation
  • —Approval routing with escalation
  • —Automated follow-up and scheduling

Staffing analysis

A role-by-role read on where payroll hours go: skilled judgment, coordination overhead, or work a system should own. It answers the question behind most hiring decisions before the req gets posted.

  • —Hours-by-category breakdown per role
  • —Capacity recovered by automation
  • —Hire / re-deploy / automate recommendation
  • —Role descriptions rewritten around the result

Regulated work

Healthcare workflows, HIPAA-aware from the first sketch.

More of the teams we talk to sit in healthcare or next to it, and the question is always the same: can anything be automated when patient data is in the picture? The answer is yes — but only if the rules are designed into the workflow instead of bolted on afterward. That's what this part of the work is.

To be plain about scope: we're not a law firm or a compliance office. We help you navigate the requirements and build systems that respect them; the final compliance sign-off stays with your counsel, and we design so that sign-off is straightforward.

  • Find the PHI first

Before anything is automated, we map where patient information enters, where it rests, and where it moves. Automating a process without knowing its data path is how accidents happen.

  • BAAs across the whole chain

Every vendor that touches protected health information needs a business associate agreement — including the automation and AI tools. If a step in the chain can't sign one, it gets designed out.

  • Controls built into the workflow

Access limited to the people who need it, audit trails on every touch, and minimum-necessary defaults. These are properties of the system itself, not policies nobody reads.

  • Minimize the data itself

Often the safest automation is the one that handles less. Where a task can run on reduced or de-identified data, we design it that way rather than routing PHI through new systems.

Engagements

Three shapes of work

You can stop after the first one. Plenty of teams take the diagnostic and implement it in-house, which is a perfectly good outcome.

01

Diagnostic

1–2 weeks

One workflow area, mapped and measured. Ends with a written map, the annual cost of the leaks, and a prioritized fix list. Useful on its own, even if you build it yourself.

02

Build sprint

3–6 weeks

A defined set of automations designed, built, tested, and handed over with documentation. Scoped against the payback figure from the diagnostic.

03

Ongoing systems partner

Monthly

For teams whose processes change constantly. A recurring block of build and maintenance time, with monitoring on everything already shipped.
